There was a USC Township Planning Commission meeting on August 19th.
On the Agenda was the School District proposal for installing a turf
field at Boyce School. The Planning Commission is charged with
reviewing compliance with Township ordinances and other rules. The
next Planning Commission meeting is Thursday, September 16th at 7:30
p.m. The Deerfield Homeowners Association board suggests that anyone
who an interest/opinion with regard to this subject attend the meeting
and "let your voices be heard". The following information

Saturday, September 18 is Deerfield Day! The day begins at
9:00 with the annual Fall Cleanup and Scavenger Hunt. At 3:00
the annual Deerfield Manor Block Party begins, with a moonwalk,
bike parade, face painting, cotton candy, a visit from the
USC Volunteer Fire Department, music, food, and a movie under the
stars. Please come and join your neighbors for an afternoon and
evening of fun. See the

The Thomas family and the Township of Upper St Clair have begun a
process to rezone property at the entrance to Deerfield Manor.
